Best Android Emulator To Run Android Apps On Your PC — Bluestacks

Bluestacks is a freemium utility software that can run popular Android games and apps such as Temple run, Clash of Clans and WhatsApp Messenger on your PC.

Although this app has been around for quiet a long time, it could not translate a true Android feel in it's early stages.
Over a period of time, the developers put in more efforts to make it the best Android emulator for windows PC, with added features and stability.
According to the developer, Bluestacks community has grown to over 140 million users of which I am one of them.

As I stated earlier, there are some added features that makes Bluestacks stand out among other Android Emulators.
Now you can Assign your keyboard and mouse to the actions you want to perform in your game with a simple keymapping tool. Save your keymap and use it each time you play to save time.

You can also map tilting, swiping, and many more native mobile actions directly to your keyboard or mouse.

Bluestacks now adds more fluidity to it's Browser interface, allowing users to play multiple apps at once. Keep your messenger running in a tab while you take a stab at new games. Play an app while another is downloading, the possibilities for use are endless.

Inside the new Toolbar on the left side of App, there are many tweaks available to suit your style and preference. Users can now enjoy easy access to functions like set location, shake the screen, adjust volume, and many more.

There's a new interesting feature — Bluestacks TV. There are host of embedded live streams based on what you specifically would be interested in, So Don't waste time searching for a stream when you could already be watching one.

Real time Twitch chat has been in-coporated into the Bluestacks TV. Once you're live, you can easily keep track of your viewers and interact with them in your Twitch chat. Don't forget to use headphones, Watching a game is always more fun with friends.
Share your live stream quickly to Facebook and Twitter. You can Add #BlueStacksTV to have your stream featured on their social media and get the spot light on you.

Installation

NB: There're two installation mode, Online and offline installation. In this article, I'll share the offline mode. You can head over to Bluestacks official page for the online installation, which i find very stressful to install.

Installing BlueStacks is as simple as running the EXE file. It requires 2GB of RAM and 9GB of disk space but if you have a high end gaming PC like mine, Be rest assured — You'll enjoy every bit of this utility app.

During the process, BlueStacks tells you it runs best with App Store Access and Application Communications enabled. You can uncheck those options but I'll recommend to check them, although it's not clear on that installation screen what they do.

App Store Access means what it says: the ability to connect to Google Play or Amazon Appstore — which comes installed by default, along BlueStacks Charts, Facebook, Twitter etc.

It doesn't take much time (about 5 to 10 minutes) for the program to initialize for the first time.

Practically, you can do stuff you couldn't normally do on a laptop or Desktop. Also, you can now enjoy Dual OS on your PC, and much more. Just play with it for sometime and discover the rich features of Bluestacks.
