Increasing number of misconduct by riders and drivers has triggered Uber to release a new set of rules.
Uber bans flirting and sex in new set of rules for passengers. As stated by them;
“You shouldn’t touch or flirt with other people in the car, as a reminder, Uber has a no sex rule. That’s no sexual conduct with drivers or fellow riders, no matter what."
The rule outline several other behaviors that are deemed inappropriate by the company, they are as follows;
Intentionally spilling food or drink, vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption, asking overly personal questions, No usage of bad language and you should never hit or otherwise hurt a driver or fellow passenger.”
These rules are to be observed by passengers or risk the chance of being kicked out or banned from Uber.
